While the holiday season is definitely looking different this year due to COVID-19, we’re doing our best to maintain the festive spirit here at Killjoy! We have lots of jolly events planned for the coming months, including a special showing of The Carolina Ballet‘s The Nutcracker, which unfortunately could not be held in person this year but will be aired virtually on WRAL-TV on Christmas, with encore showings on the days following the holiday.
We are excited to host a watch night of the virtual Nutcracker performance at Killjoy on December 26, 2020, complete with a specialty cocktail created by our managing partner Josh Gagne! Called, “Mouse King,” the cocktail is made with spiced rum, coconut, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, Nutella, shaved chocolate. Basically, it’s dessert in drink form!
The Nutcracker performance will begin at 7 p.m. on December 26. Gather your cheery Christmas-loving friends, don your favorite holiday sweaters, and join us for a fun and festive evening at Killjoy!🎅🎄
